the last movie i saw in theaters was Awake...thriller. Pretty ok...wait for the DVD to come out though! I liked both death notes too...I wanna see the one about L...^_^
lol i was just reading the movie magazine "Famous" and i finally know what Breakfast with Scot was all about.. i was like.. oh! theyre making a movie on the Leafs! but then as i read, it was about gay men and gay boys lol not my style
Who in their right mind would make a movie about the Leafs. I'm sure it would do just as good as the Leafs are doing this season. lol damn those leafs!
man... leafs deceive me... i guess ill have to go back to cheering my hometown the habs lol not that theyre much better.. haha
The habs are actually pretty good. Thanx to their goaltending... pfft.... But the Leafs are doing a lot better as of late. Winning 5 of their last 6. Hopefully they do something they haven't done in a while. Stay consistent -sweat @Angie did you watch the TV series? IMO its A LOT better. Especially with a Misa that is not completely horrible. *cough*Erika Toda*cough*
i watched golden compass last week.. had a little hard time following thru the story plot and what's happening since i didn't read the books. i didn't even know it was a trilogy when i bought the tix (my bad).. the film is quite messy, and nicole kidman's role is too temperamental. not a very enticing story, i prolly should have sticked with enchanted. truth be told, i only like the fighting scenes with iorek (the armoured bear) around. the plot itself isn't bad, but i feel the movie doesn't fully develop the plot enough (no idea is it poor adaption of book), since the idea of Dust, Daemons, parallel worlds, etc do appeal to me, esp with magical 'devices'. however the movie still fails to impress to me.
my last movie I ever watched will be Nancy Drew-sweat nice movie though...........for those who like adventure full of mystery
enchanted..it's surprisingly a good movie though i think the female lead looks too old to play as the role
Its been getting A LOT of good reviews. Suprised a movie like that would do so good. I'll have to watch it soon.
^ lol trust me when i say its good and i mean trust me, because im a guy who was forced into seeing it hahaha
i watched wedding crashers AGAIN....me and my friends are sorta like watchin all those good old comedies again....hehehe-lol u gotta love vince vaughn and his sarcasm....love love love!
hahaha in that movie..yes...too funny... i also saw that weird xmas movie of his...where he plays this elf thingy...u know...with the green suits... wth hahaha..weird movie...
The last movie I watched would be Bullet and Brain. It's a great chinese movie with a very twisted plot. Definitely worth watching. Enchanted isn't too bad. And HSM2 is just way too cool.
The Golden Compass. Enjoyed it. I wanna watch Bullet and Brain so bad. >_<;;; But I left HK the same day it was coming out. T_T
I Am Legend. The one thing I really liked about this movie is the depiction of apocalyptic New York. Great set design. The movie itself was slow at some parts and failed to be as thrilling as I hoped it would be. Will Smith does a great job in the movie as expected from him. Overall the movie was enjoyable even though it was slow at times. and I caught the new Dark Knight trailer there. Joker looks awesome. And I also saw the new Cloverfield trailer. Didn't really give you that much more info on the movie.
Did you see Last man on Earth and Omega man??? I loved the fact that apocalyptic New York got all the gutters out and bare (known from trailers and reviews). And weeds growing practically everywhere... Apocalypse is a messy business you know And oh, avoid Golden Compass at all cost (especially if you read the books). Else, focus on the glitterness of Nicole Kidman and CGI bears.
