i watched " push"... dakota fanning was in it! long time since i saw any new movies of her.... shes so "grown up" now... wearing mini skirt n boots... the main guy in the movie is quite hot =)
watched push, damn dakota looking trampy just a couple years back she was that innocent little girl in war of the worlds lol. the movie wasn't that good, the characters were underdeveloped, it was confusing and it seems they are just making stuff up as they go, the cantonese sucked lol that main psychic chinese chick is definitely not canto, the setting was good though trying to be wong kar wai ish i guess. and also watched seven pounds, good acting but the plot is kinda meh, religious folks will absolutely hate it though. its sad but you'll either approve or dissaprove of the main characters actions in the end depending on what you believe in.
i watched Coraline i liked it, the storyline was alrite..enjoyABLE film but i tell u even though its a animation, some parts made me jump like :laugh2: guna try read the book version now lol
gran torino, great movie and acting by clint eastwood, only part that sucked was the acting of the main supporting hmong actors. the girl was ok at most parts but she sucked at that confrontation with the black guys. the hmong guy who was clint's friend just sucked ass guy cannot act for shit, the potential of this movie would be greater if it weren't for the terrible main supporting actors. just watch the basement scene towards the end if you don't believe me, guy sucked ass. i think clint eastwood's bad casting choices right there cost him the oscar.
watched the other clint eastwood movie changeling, its much better acted than gran torino thats for sure and that made the movie way better to me. angelina jolie was good and the other actors were just as convincing. depressing movie based on a true story no doubt but intense and good stuff.

watched sniper with edison chen weird storyline which was extremely confusing but i don't really care, possibly one of the last movies with edison in it :( quite a bit of shooting and blood
recently watched 'The butterfly lovers',it's kinda the same plot as Romeo and Juliet but in HK version
ewwww lord of the rings.......i dun likey them flicks....or the harry trotter flicks....never saw the big hype in them... in fact i fell asleep in both of the flicks...hahaha
oh yeahh fell asleep with LODR and also X-men flicks too,lol...the books of harry potter is 10times better
bleh!!! LOTR was awesome best cinema film for me. i remember watching the first film the 2 japanese girls watching it next to me, cried when they thought Gandalf died. X-Men......... bleh!!!!! average at best >.< ummm Harry Potter, errrr some are quite good and some are just ........... not so good ~

damn I saw Taken.. it was pretty good.. didn't really hear much about it before.. but yea.. def. worth watching.. Saw Max Payne.. kinda boring since it didn't have that much action.. I wonder if they'll make a part 2?? reminded me of Spirit n Bourne Identity.. hahah the swimming out of the water and getting revenge thing.. and it's got that comic book feel to it.. Pride n Prejudice.. pretty good story.. kind of a long movie tho..

i watched "Knowing" today...told my friend i didnt wanna go n c Nicholas Cage movie but there was nothing else... but trust me i aint paying to c his movie anymore... these producers tried toooo damn hard to make this movie exciting... DAMNNNN.... halfway thru the movie i was like pretty aight, maybe i dont have to beat up my friend tonite... then a bit after that... it was getting a bit too sci-fi/ fantasy shit... nearing the end i was like ehm.... i think i know this story from somewhere n then................... WTH...... New version of "Noah's Ark" they sorta like ripped off a part of the bible n then flipped the script n made it fire insteada water =/ ehmmmm
