yea yea thats right. i dun usually go for peanut butter, but sugar's (like honey or jam) not gonna do the trick for so many hours :(
cereal. u can't beat good old cereal. for breakfast, as a snack or for any other meal. highly versatile and best of all it doesn't contain much fat so u can snack on it and know that u won't gain anywhere near as much weight say to eating a packet of crisps.
