Um. On your Intenet Explorer, go to "VIEW" -> "ENCODING" -> "CHINESE TRADITIONAL (big5)" ANd on Nero, and other utilities and apps, they can't view Chinese. So you'll have rename the files to English text, and then rename it afterwards.
no you can switch region language on your comp. so nero can be read it, its just that it cant read ALL the characters...
