What do you think about her?

I think its her first TVB-series, so how do you think shes doing so far?

Also, i watched or read somewhere that her cantonese wasn't good enough at the start of the filming.. so they planned to dub it.

Then after filming a bit, her cantonese got better & wanted to use her own voice to film.. but unfortunately it'll be bad if they switched voices in the middle episodes.. She also hope to use her own voice in her next time filming.

She's cute, too bad her voice is dubbed but her Cantonese does suck as of now but it's not bad. You can see her talk in Cantonese in the interviews uploaded by TVB on Youtube.

Liu Xuan is pretty cute, kinda like the ending song she did, more excited when she finally learns martial arts!

her cantonese is still kinda bad, so...yeah :p

i like the dub for her, fits the character.

Hard to judge her acting with dubbing, normally I hate dubbing but it's actually done quite well, it fits her, she is cute, no complains from my family, Fala on the other hand is another story.

she's pretty. TVB should definitely give her more chances. It's her first series in TVB, so i cant really judge. I cant wait till all these 'sui sang' leaves....that will definitely open the doors to newer and hopefully better talents than these old and repetitious actors/actresses. (BY old, not in the 80s or early 90s, let just say, the 1999s - present).

how about less chances =), rumors right now is Charmaine is leaving TVB (or is it confirmed, correct me if im wrong)

so right now i think Fala or Tavia might replace Charmaine's status in TVB

Liu Xuan could be a recurring actress in TVB depending on what happens next after this series is over...if TVB extends her contract I could see her being another Fala, a new actress who can improve her acting and her cantonese

my parents think Catherine Chau might have a chance of having bigger roles in the future since they think she made good improvement in "Show me the happy" series

    Yo why hating on Ella?

I think Charmaine confirmed she's leaving TVB.. but she is considering she can do "per series" contract.

But yeah, Tavia & Fala will be taking on Charmaine's roll. Maybe Linda.. but less chances. I think Myolie has more chances than Linda to take on Charmaine, but less than Tavia & Fala.

Liu Xuan aint bad.. i like her so far

idk something about Ella i just never liked about

I also see Myolie has a chance, the way I see myolie is like a roller coaster...when she first came out i liked her, after her role in Tai Chi i started hating her cuz she looked like she forced most of her acting, then i starting liking her again in the Sushi series...its like her acting is not consistent...

Fala impressed since Moonlight Resonance...and she began to act better and better...Tavia's breakthrough in Beyond Realm of Conscience was also good and has not disappoint after that

if Liu Xuan stays with TVB i can see a bright future ahead in this industry...but then again she has so many options since she used to be a gymnast, she could either act, sing, model, or be a coach

I say Tavia will take Charmaine's spot.
Tavia has more remarkable roles IMO.
Fala's roles just somehow don't stay in my heart too long. Not too sure why though

    I've realised this too.

Saw a picture of her and Bosco, she was soo short.

Also she seems short in the series too, would be better if she was taller.. but still good!

She was a friggin amazing gymnast back in the days. She had moves that will tear all the other gymnasts apart.

Her being short might affect her playing/being cast in certain roles in the future but it's too soon to tell. So far it's just refreshing to see a new face in a TVB series. I'm sick of seeing the same actresses and actors over and over again...

That explains why it felt weird whenever I watch her speak, it didn't feel natural if you know what I'm saying(watched the latest 3 episodes), dubbed dubbed dubbed, it's a good dub though.
Well judging from her name, it's kind of obvious that Cantonese isn't her first language.
