    Wow! That's pretty impressive results! Congratulations...you look buff! It takes a lot of determination to do all that...I'd die if I didn't junk...hehe...junk is my middle name. :p Glad to hear you took the healthy way out instead of going for those crummy diet fads..which, IMO never work. Good luck in maintaining your body in tip top condition.

    u can tell by the fat on the face that he lost alot of weight...no insult intended...

    erm... are you about 5'6"????

    good job with the weightloss though.

    hope it's a good target weight... (watch out for bmi... underweight?) depends on height though...

    ^^^i think he say he was 5'7 in another thread..

    bmi, i think is refer to ppl who don't really exercise.. so those ppl just have to look at weight.. but ppl like athletes and bodybuilders don't look at bmi coz is not important

    like, i am 5'10 and 180lbs.. if i look at bmi, i am little bit overweight.. but i go gym a lot also.. so is not really apply to me

    hehe. me too.

    I used to be 320 lbs. then I went to the gym for 6 months, and now, I 'm 140 lbs!!!!

    eheheheh....veryyyyy evil laugh

    damn.. nice result .. to bad i cant do it,,,everytime i try i just end up giving up...
    i m a girl so i dont want muscel..but i want to lose some weight and what my friends telling me is that if i go to the gym instead of lossing weight ill be gaining a lota muscels..is that true??? is there any other ways that i can lose weight instead of going to the gym???

    to lose weight do cardio. things like running, swimming, skipping rope etc. Skipping rope if done at proper intensity is better than running in terms of cardiovasvular exercise.

    if you go to the gym, and lift light weights with lots of reps, you wont gain a lot of muscle, but get toned and firm (really hot ;))

    what the hell hahahaha. its possible because when you run your using your leg muscles BUT the thing is, even if they do get bigger, it wont be by a lot, because you are not adding extra resistance to it. if you lift weights or some other types of exercise, its almost unavoidable to get some growth in your muscle, especially if you don't regularly workout.

    don't worry about getting bigger. you'll look more toned and defined, if you want to lift weights, again keep it light, i would say under 15lbs for girls.

    for girl in the US i m consider perfect...but for asian i m FAT
    plus i need to lose weight for my cousin wedding

    if you just want to lose weight... do cardio, 30-60 minutes a day. also watch what you eat. diet and exercise gets weight loss quick.
