depends how you train la.. not everybody trains the same.. if you use running in your routine like track ppl, then their legs are HUGE coz they do different method of running almost everyday but if you use running in your routine to warm up or supplement your other exercises, then that's different.. no huge size gain at all.. a lot of ppl confuse what they really want.. is it really the WEIGHT they want to lose or is it the LOOK they want to change?? for instance, i look avg, but i'm pretty sure i weigh more than a lot of other asian guys, coz of muscle mass.. generally, to slim down, i'd suggest more cardio and aerobics.. high intensity

it really depends, I try to cut down on carbs because I want to get a 6 pack. But I need some carbs so I can lift more. Most of the times, I just fill myself with protein. there are good carbs and bad carbs
