Even though I should take a rest today, I've decided to workout more on my abs and my torso. I've joined the bodybuilder's club and hopefully that will motivate mean help me get the body that I wanted. Starting Weight - 185 lbs Current Weight - 150 lbs Target Weight - 145 lbs Body Fat Ratio - 13% Intake - 80g protein sodium - 1000mg glocose - 50-70mg Carb - 10 Fiber - 10 Calorie - 1800 Vitamin C- 500mg Vitamin D- 1000mg Omega 3- fish and eggs Average 12 eggs a day Nothing is impossible in this world, Where there's a will.... there will be a way. NO PAIN! NO GAIN!
I say just eating slightly less adds up. Now I'm not saying starve yourself too much to death. I'd never do that. I'm saying like if you were to eat 2 chocolate bars a day, then start turning that down to one. And eat less or plain don't eat dessert. That's basically all I do, and it helps a bit.
Oh Damn!!!!! 12 eggs a day....If i ate more than 3 eggs a day i get a bit gassy -whistle and ur taking 12 good on ya MIC and u r reaching ur target weight real fast, keep it up and a reward for u -flow
pretty sure water doesnt actually make you lose weight. but it does make you feel fuller when youre eating. and i think 20 pounds in 2 months is pretty difficult depending on your body. madeinchina said he did that but he said he was a fat guy that went muscular. im guessing he was a very big dude since muscle weighs more than fat, and that he lost alot of total percent body fat. i would be harder if you have a normal or even a little chubby body type. you should set a good target goal that is reasonable because if you dont reach it, it might discourage you and you might stop trying to reach your goal. and to mic, didnt you say you want to be a bodybuilder? and your target weight is 145 pounds? how tall are you? in my kine lab that i took like just over 2 yrs ago, i think it was around 12 percent(plus minus some) body fat is the healthy range for males and around 15 for females (because of tna =] and for child bearing). and i'm sure bodybuilders were quite lower than the healthy range. but big ups on the weight lose and hope you hit your target.
actually, I eat 12 eggwhites a day, I get rid of the yolk because it has a lot of fat and cholestrol and it's no good for your body. My target weight is pretty easy to hit now but I want to be cut and lean. Which I've gotten pretty much to that goal, since I've got a six pack and well built chest. and I train my trap and my back and my sides to be even. also, check your pm box cuz I sent you something
I lost 5 lbs. from my trip to Japan and Hk during the two weeks! .........and I just got back this week. BTW, it was so awsome there! Japan and HK!
be careful, 20 pounds in two months may result in excess skin, that is far worse than being overweight, take it easy and give your skin time to adjust too or else youll need surgery to get a tummy tuc (as i believe its called).
that applies mainly to obese people also, babyrain, on bodybuilding.com they have a forum there, there are a lot of pros out there which knows what's the best for them. Of course, there are other products and such for others.
Exercise is important in losin weight n its gud that ur doin karate, crunches n pushups all these will help you tone up ur muscles buh u probs end up gainin more weight considerin muscle weighs more than fat....so u shud probs try n cut down the amount that you eat or control wot ur eatin!
