Manga vs Anime

Sometimes unpopular manga isn't translated, so for people who can't read japanese it gets frustrating. But most anime gets subbed.
The anime's art isn't as good the manga in most adaptions.
Which is why i find manga better,

 

hmm well i'm a bookworm but i really like both! my favourite is Sailor Moon, love the anime and the manga! they both have rather different storylines but both are great in their own way. although i might like the manga a teensy bit more cuz it's more tragic than the cutesy anime.

 

The thing with manga is the lack of animation and music. People with good imaginations, however, can fill up for that. I find myself scarviing down volumes of manga in a single sitting--it really really kills time. Anime takes mroe patience. With the action and music backup, there's a lot more to anime... At the same time, there're often loads of filler episodes as the producers wait for the writers of hte manga. As a result, there's often a ton of superfluous storyline. I usually start off by watching the anime and get overtaken by suspense and end up reading hte manga lol

 

Depends entirely for me... for example... I prefer sailormoon anime than the manga... but I prefer kindaichi's manga... and in some cases there's no difference like Conan (except for some anime special)

for ex. manga is killing anime for naruto

naruto anime is so f-ing slow...I can't stand it... so I read the manga and MAN it is so JEBUS

If I watch a certain anime, sometimes it get me into reading the manga. But when I read the manga first, I find that the anime is not be as good as the manga. I usually wouldn't get chances to read mangas, so I usually just watch animes. But watching naruto is so frustrating that I have the urge to read the manga since a lot of people said the manga is better.

 

I like both for different reasons. Since I love reading, I find manga faster and easier to read letting the reader imaging what is going on. In anime it's fun to watch and shows a intensity that a manga might not show.

i like both manga and anime. but anime i think it's more real and it's more beautiful.

 

I prefer anime because the fighting scenes are much more interesting than reading the manga in my opinion.

For vampire Knight, i prefer manga.
But for Itazura na kiss, iprefer the anime.

I'm more inclined to pick manga over anime, because I can pace my reading, slow down to enjoy the art, speed up to feel the thrill of action. I can read and reread manga 4-5 times without getting bored, but anime, no more than 3 times.

 

i prefer the manga anytime over the anime.... damn fillers and friends spoiling the story.... now i can get back on them and spoil it to them aahhaahah

 

id perfer manga because the art is better than the anime versoin and they have more ideas in it but its black and white. so it has its upd and downs
