I think Burger king has it as well except they call it the double stacker. Warning when eating either of these do not I repeat do not gup it down with a milk shake. I did that once and I started nose bleeding aiya.
n now they have the chicken version too!!!! ehehhehe i love that one.. hmm i tot they do some weird promo during finding nemo too rite?? some blue stuff.. that looks soooo good... but sooooo fattening.... soooo deadly.. and McDonald's New Zealand Kiwiburger - A hamburger with a fried egg and slice of beef
they have it ages ago lol but i prefer the beef one...they discontinued it for some period but it came back...

^the thing i don't like about chicken prosperity is they dip the fried chicken patty into the black pepper sauce and moisten it...i prefer it if they grill and put the sauce... satay burger is from kfc/ mcD?

the costa rica one looks yuck....reminds me of maggots... =/! but the one from norway looks nice and healthy....
the mcegg is just breakfast of mcdonalds... but it has been removed from most countries since not much people bought it i think..
I am pretty sure in Thailand they do have rice burger as well cos i've seen and had it...yummy as...in thailand the varieites of McD's pies they have is just awesome...i think they have the regular apple and berry one but they also have additional lychee, corn and taro flavour...quite cool ehh.... In Malaysia, they also have the Ayam Goreng McD, convert to McD fried chicken.....yummy as...i don get them in NZ..In NZ, they have the special salad wraps and also salad on its own...so yeap....McD's sure is an innovative company Another thing to add to ma to do list, try out all da McD meals in da world hahaha
