This is exactly like the 'men being able to get breast cancer thing'
men and women, are actually not that different.. we have the same organs etc etc. (besides the sex organ :p) but even that, they are physically different, but are oh so similiar :)
    anyways, basic anatomy :D
    men and women are human.
hmm would we be different breeds?

it is rare for male to get breast cancer only 1% of all breast cancer and usually ductal adenocarinoma. It is even more rare for male to get lobular carcinoma. Lobular carcinoma yields a thin colorless fluid that doen't look like milk. Normally the dude would comes in the hospital with a mass and gets a FNA. Under the microscope we usually see this pink fibrocollagenous tissue that looks like a stag. we usually sign these out as benign neoplasm or fibroadenoma.

i am a cyto pathology student. Milky discharges could be seen in newborns of both sexes and it is known as "witches milk". People with brain lesions or endocrine abnormalities can also lactate. I an mot sure about men with gynecomastia ( men with abnormally large glands in breast). There are wide range of condition that can cause non milky nipple discharges ie. lobular beast cancer or fibroadenoma (benign).

Breast cancer is rare in men, the most common type is ductal adeno

Sounds to me like someone didn't pay much attention to the Birds-and-the-Bees back in grade 9...

Heres the 411, aside from the nipples... there is actuallly anohter part that males and females share alike, i guess you could say we start off Neutral in the womb and somehow we are chosen between male/female... sharing nipples and even a PENIS, YES i said it... a PENIS... if the fetus develops to become a male, the nipples are kept and the development of the penis continues... if female, the nipples develop into pre-mature breasts and get this, the penis becomes the CLITORIS... perhaps instead of going on PA, you should go back to school like Adult Education (no pun intended)
