    u have now made me very wary of looking at the plates when i go to a restaurant. i guess best way is not to go out and eat.

    I love milk tea but i don't know how to make it... like you said, "Hong Kong" style. The taste of milk tea is terrific.

    HongKong style milk tea is made from evaporated milk

    Taiwanese milk tea is made with coffeemate

    hmmm.. i m not too sure myself.. but a friend of mine makes really good milk tea...
    she uses really good red tea bags (making it a reall strong brew) + evaporated milk+condense milk for sweetening.
