Lol it's getting pretty sad that there's prettier girls out there who should be in there rather then those...things
lol... I have to agree with you that they are getting uglier each year, but i guess they're also brave enough to participate in Miss HK, and its not always a easy thing to do. i guess there all pretty in there own way =)
i think taste will change by the time. its not everyone's taste, but maybe the jury have this taste...haha
I don't remember the last time i've seen a young female in a leading role that wasn't in some sort of pageant.
Well they are not ugly, just average. But it does take guts to enter a pagent, looking at all the critisism you will get, performing on stage etc. If you think you can do better than maybe you should enter!
I think some girls should know there own limit's.... but pagents and stuff like that.. it's more of a physical appeal than a mental one..

quality changes over time.. lol... sometimes i think that the first & second runner ups are prettier..... but they do have a few winners that were pretty and actually good actresses...
