    I gave up watching Miss H.K. pageants long time ago. Many of them are just plain looking but nevertheless try to be cute - makes me want to barf. Looking lean and fit is ideal, but these girls are anorexic and with a bad posture to boot. I much rather watch Miss USA pageants!

    hahaha.. they look same to me.. some are pretty, some are ugly.. =p it just depends how you look at them

    never did like watching pageants but some of the girls in this year pageant are ok. not great but ok, at least better than last year's

    I understand that the contestants are educated but the whole thing is a "beauty" contest. They have to be cute too.

    i think the trend of "Miss HK get uglier each year" is knda true....they all look the same these years anyway

    lol this years ones are alright altho there are some porkchops in there. lol i reckon its getting ugiler each year, we watch Miss Hk for hot chicks not Porkchops !

    I agree that the HK contestant are getting uglier each year. I even stop watching the pageant.

    I just finished watching Miss HK 2008 and I must say the girls are SOO ugly. like seriously do they even screen the girls before putting them on the show. Whoever lets these girls on to the show should be SHOT!

    This year's winner like PLEASEEEE. only thing she has going for her is her height other than that. just another asian girl. nothing special

    it no longer about the beauty it is all about the connection between the girl and the tvb senior staff ( i read off the news saying that the winner this year is some how related to one of the senior staff of TVB
