Older women nowadays aren't like before ... they know how to dress themselves a lot better than these .. especially the well educated ones .. so these are probably from the country side trying to go urban ...lol

HK make-up artist will help them when the time comes for the final round .. i am sure .. lol but yeah .. i agree with everyone here .. their appearances are ....
