I think somebody has been watching too many of those Asian dramas where the rich handsome guys falls for the poor girl with a heart of gold!
Well, what's ugly to us all might be pretty to the "one" .. beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Americans tend to admire/appreciate gals like her who knows exactly what she wanted and going after it without reservation. Asian gals are generally known to be clingy type so who know, she might find what she wanted .. American is full of opportunities .. you just gotta take the initiative to find and grab it. Her toughness is what got her that many followers .. women in China are more submissive after all so I am not surprised that they are all cheering/supporting her. Her criteria are very realistic; not a bit shallow to me. Before you judge her, you gotta know who she is and where she's from .. for us here, our dreams might be to go to college, have a family, and buy a house .. for her, this is it. I don't think people should be hated just because they set certain criteria for themselves that others might find it absurb. If I said I want to fly up to the moon, it's still possible if I have lots of money .. I might not earn that much in my lifetime but no one can say that I can't win a lottery or what not in my lifetime .. right?
