i got Samsung mp3 player about a year ago, none of my Samsung products have given me any trouble, cant say that for my Sony products though. i think i would chose Samsung over sony now.
i'm waiting for u babe... that's IF u come back -tongue2 hahaha... my fd said the same thing abt korean brands... but... hmmm... i dun really think it's true... i can read chinese... n that makes me wanna have chinese display >.< creative is it... hmmm... i'll look into that
sansa is kinda worth it.. well.. e260 sometime goes for $100 USD which is 4gb.. just a little thick.. but still kinda slim to me
i suppose i'll look into that too... but getting to display chinese seems to b a looooooottt of reading i like to b able to s the Korean n Japanese display on my song titles... yeah... i'm so picky
Lol, at least you can upload Chinese music into it though, right? For the Sony one, I can upload some Chinese songs, and I have like a whole list of Chinese songs that I can't upload into it.
The new ZEN really has an amazing screen, 2.5 LCD screen with 16 million colours. It just came out, so reviews are starting to pop out, its very easy to use and sound quality is great. You live in Sydney right?? If you really decide in getting a Creative MP3, I can ask my dad for some warehouse prices, it will be cheaper then what they sell at retailers cause my dad supplies them.
Yes you can upload all kinds of music on the e260 without any problems. if you install the custom font file on the sansa, it'll enable you to show chinese, japanese, and korean letters.
my zen vision m can display chinese out the box, in english mode, so no need to worry there not too sure about korean and jap (although i think jap would be ok)
dont know if anyone stated before, but you could look into the iriver clix 2nd gen http://www.iriveramerica.com/prod/ultra/clix/ http://reviews.cnet.com/mp3-players/iriver-clix-4gb-second/4505-6490_7-32327766.html and if you are still having trouble on deciding, you could always read up reviews on the ones you are thinking of http://reviews.cnet.com/mp3-players/
^^^^it seems bulky lol btw Sansa View is out now. you can get it at bestbuy lol. kinda bigger than the sansa e200 series though..but thinner.. remember 8gb for $150, 2.4" screen.. cheap..
THANKS A LOT PEOPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! u guys have been most helpful... n now i'm even more confused than before hahahahaha... lucky there's still a while till xmas... REALL?!?!?!?!?! does he only supply Creative??
Well.. Unless you are looking for computer parts and accessories, Creative is the only MP3 brand he supplies.. except for Astone. I can double check for you too,.. But i have exams,, so not until end of this week
i find creative battery life.. short lasting compared to samsung or sony though =/ i had a creative zen a while back 4gb version and playtime was under 10 hrs so i had to constantly recharge it, i sure wouldnt want you to be doing the same thing but thats just my 2cents
sandisk kinda have a long battery life.. i use it like more 1 hour a day and dont really have to recharge until like 1 1/2 weeks
^yea pretty true, i didn't have to charge mine for like 2 weeks even though i use it daily in the gym...
Well, if you planning to use the ZEN primarliy for music playback, there is a lock function which can save battery power
