muay thai?

    muay thai is perfect for street fighting. Just keep going at it, can beat up anyone with this martial art.

    I go to thai boxing lessons 1 - 3 times a week, its quite good but my parents dont liek it.

    yeah he is quite good, i think he is the first European person to win a tournament in Thailand or something, But i remember he fought in Pride once against this Japanese guy, he lost in the first 4 mins of the match to a submission.

    yep i think his name was genki sudo or something
    but apparently he lost because he wasnt used to the rules there or some excuse

    Genki sudo knew that he aws a thai boxer so his plan was to take him down so he could do a submission on him, and it worked aswell.

    WoHoo some muay thai fighters..... =D yeah been training muay thai for a yeaR, man i Love it. its great for street fighting =P since i live in east london hackney, u always gotta prepare ur self for something..
    muay thai is great for offensive fighting its quick and affective.

    I was very interested in muay thai before....however I found a weakness in it when a Jiu jitsu expert challenged a muay thai expert and beat him easily in the early UFC. It seems that muay thai has 1 weakness and that is if they fall to the ground they can't GRAPPLE or do any ground fighting. The kicking and punching in muay thai is awesome but once you take the kicking and punching room out....your gone.
     
  14. ^ thats why you do mix martial arts. muay thai for standing, and grappling martial arts for ground

    i hear alot about muay thai training
    they are pretty hardcore....

    i respect them
