You do get sores and pains just cause you hadn't used those muscles in awhile and from the falls. At least you didn't break a wrist like my friend...lol
Hmmm im looking to learn to snowboard when the ski season starts up. I can currently ski but all my mates snowboard so it sucks having to wait around for em. Did you get lesson btw??
hahaha had the same shit happened to me too when i first snowboarded... fuck snowboarding, skiing is the shit lol but speaking of sore body, i did 3 hours straight of badminton smash over a week ago, for practice... i don't play badminton... now every time i lift my arm, this muscle in my shoulder area fucking kills... and it still does. i think i pulled it hard
^ black diamond too easy no leng lui to bath with =( it happens to every sport if you dont stretch of having done anything in a while... i love PLAYING vball but when i started preseason training with all the exercies and drills, the next day i couldn't move cause i was using all my muscles excessively
