Great start! I notice that you attempted to remove whatever background you had from the images you got off the web. You did a very good job removing the background but hair needs a little bit of work. I would suggest using the eraser tool with the hardness set to 0% to help with the hair. Don't stress, it does take a while to learn but you're making great progress. Keep it up!
