New version of Hotmail to launch next week

Somehow, my gmail always receives a lot of spam whereas my live hotmail, rarely. But yeah, takes an eternity for live to load even on cable connection.

 

i havent use hotmail for long time and am using most google and yahoo most.

 

hmm.. i dun get any spam on gmail..

 

I guess people who gets a lots of spam in their Gmail is because they're maybe subscribed to some companies mailinglist or have done business with some companies (like ordering a cd) that sells their clients emailaddy's to third party's. Or they've used their gmail addy to receive the activication key to a site/forum and bots automatically pics those addy's up? (I do get a lot of spam in 1 particular Gmail account that I only use for mailinginfo from companies I'm subscribed to but the rest of the Gmail accounts are spam free)

And maybe it has something to do with the Gmail spyware that's been 'reading' your mail although they've promised they only use the spyware for matching the right ads at the sides of your account. (ever noticed the subject always match your most recent received/sent mail content?)

 

mmm im using hotmail and gmail. I find gmail to be more formal....if you get my jist...

 

does anyone even use hotmail anymore ???.

 

^Why use hotmail??? The web-based one is slow and has terribly un-user-friendly interface...

 

I use gmail and msn. my gmail gets alot of spam while my msn is sometimes slow at loading. But with my gmail as soon as i open up my firefox i get my personalised google page which shows my inbox. But with msn i can use the messenger aswell ^ ^ so ill stick with both lol

 

I keep my hotmail just because people on my msn lists still use that email no matter how many "new email addy" reminders I send them =_=b

I don't usually get spam in gmail @_@b wonder why...

 

Still use hotmail, but the loading screen to Live Mail beta takes around 1 min for it to load, weird... probably my comp is old

 

the old one seems much quicker and easier
