this happened to us before, but like with about 19 thousand dollars. my parents actually had to CALL the bank 2x before they took the money. i couldnt believe they gave it back lol but when i asked them, they said that if the owner of the money called the bank, and the bank found out we had the money, and we had already SPENT the money and couldnt pay them back. We would be breaking the law and could be charged criminally.. ect ect. yehh so stuff like that does happen
