lol, even if they did leave the phone there, mcdonalds shouldnt upload it on the internet, i mean , look what happened to the edison chen scandal, it got out and it ruined them, i mean, were the staff going thru his images and files and etc,

well ... i am guessing that there are only several possibilities that the pics get online .. through the phone itself or someone must have transferred the pics out of the phone and then posted them online. if an "employee" found the phone (which the couple claimed that mcd secured it), then it ain't hard to track back on the timeline to see who has done it which i think will be the case if it hits the courtroom. what if the someone else found the phone and handed over to the mcd staffs .. who is at fault then? God knows if the "person" who first found the phone did it (not mcd related). anyway, i think the result is like ralph said .. an attempt to scam for money .. but it won't be easy.
