i think its possible, even tho i fell in love with my friend (now my my bf) just after 3 years...we've been together offically for nearly 2 years now,still going strong even tho we've known each other for 5 yearsish...but yeh back to OP i think when it comes to love, anything is possible...
hm... isn't love all about your feelings for your friend?? I mean, no matter how long you know her/him, if you got feeling for her/him, then you can fall in love, if you ain't got the love feeling for each other, but more like a very good friendship feeling, then there will be no result?
yeh i agree...but then in them books and films, its like ' oh my gosh, i've just realised i love you after so and so years??' if u kno what i mean?
well...what isnt there yet...can always come... i mean...feelings change all the time....just because u see someone doesnt mean it cant change... im not saying its certain that it changes....but its a fact that it can....

hmm... well what i think is that it could happen but the relationship won't last as long as someone you probably have known for like 1-3 years
exactly. If you know that person for a long time, your feeling towards her/him might be different than like 10 years ago, you might develop the 'love' feeling for her after 10 years. Or your feelings doesn't change at all after 10 years which makes it impossible to fall in love. well, I think that one night stand is like more for the fun and pleasure you get from it rather than loving each other
it def can happen! me and a old bf of mine had been friends for like 4 yrs (not exactly 8-10 but long enough!!!) its very awkward at 1st! but if you really like each other, time will overcome all!
