Uhhh, It depends, that is not always true. Sometimes some people just has to lie for a better purpose. And there are people that always lie over every little thing, so it depends. Not true though.
A lie is a lie regardless of its intention. If you don't want hurt someone or prevent someone from being hurt, the best thing is to keep your FUCKING mouth SHUT. I have seen people who told lies with the initial intention to help someone only end up hurting them EVEN MORE. Yes, once a liar, will always be a liar. You're either take things seriously or not but DON'T lie. I have to say this too that once you're caught lying; no matter what your intention was or is, the trust between you and your friends will be forever broken. Yes, I have seen people forgive one another but they will never forget. People always remember the bad stuffs. It's human nature.
i honestly, dont think people can change. sure they say they'll try hard and all but... lying is like, iunno, i think most people lie in their lifetime its jsut something that cant be avoided. but whether or not that lie is a good lie or bad lie is a whole nother story
I guess it depends on how much you love the person. I tried not to lie but sometimes it is easier less earache, my only prob is that i am too soft sometimes after a period of time which i think she has forgot I tell her about the lie... Never learn...

It depends all on the purpose of lying. The purpose determines whether lying is a good thing or bad thing. Just as many people say that "guns" are bad and can harm our lives and we should ban it. The "gun" itself cannot kill people. It is people itself who kill other people. For some people, the purpose of having a gun is to protect themselves from danger. For others, they use it to kill other people. It all depends on the purpose. Same as lying, the purpose determines whether lying is a good thing or a bad thing. I also dont think that "once a lier always a lier" because NOT EVERYTHING you can lie about. Sometimes you have to tell the truth.
You really don't understand what that saying means, do you? The saying "Once a liar always a liar" suggests that habits, such as lying, cannot be broken. If a person is known to be a liar, he/she will be a liar for the rest of his/her life. It has nothing to do with lying about everything you say.
Lol I don't think you understand the spirit of the adage. It's not about someone who physically lacks the ability to tell the truth 100% of the time... its just about the general lack of trust that someone develops for another person once they have been lied to once, and the increased feeling that they may be lied to again at a later time. Sayings like this aren't meant to be taken literally.
