IMO there should be a new policy called the "Two Children Policy." You can have up to a maximum of two children, ONE boy and ONE girl.
It just doesn't make sense... What happens to those couples who ends up getting 2 girls or 2 boys??? Will they be allowed to have more until they have at least 1 or each gender?
^also its not about having equal amount of each gender, the reason only one child is allowed is to control the population, having 2 would kind of defeat that purpose
