hw about english mahjong for beginners? just got some books , wanting to pratice before using real chips, money.
I would recommend to go to chinatown and observe some old men playing mahjong. oh bring a notebook where you can write teh rules in it.
^ FB is good but rules change depends where you go... just like FB don't do the extra fan when you use 2,5,or 8 as your "an" (the pair that you leave to helpe finish off your set) but FB generally can give you the jist if how to play though but playing real mahjong can make you learn and improve a lot more and that's how i improved my mahjong is by playing mre with others so i learn my mistakes from the ones who are more prob than me (i play with family )
