Is this the song " Ten thousand reason " ? It 's the sub song in Madarin version .

 

I saw somewhere that Stephan Chow sang the Mandarin part but I'm sure that's not true...

I think a lot of people are requesting the ending credits song (orchestral music) but it's not available anywhere. Also ppl quoting the song at the end of ep39, it is raymond lam's 愛在記憶中找你. it's been posted a few times on the chinese music DL section!!!
