I agree with you too WhiteBlaster. If I were in the op's situation, I'd probably dump the GF & not pursue the friend either since there are so many fish in the ocean, trees in the forest, etc... However, my specific recommendation to him in his situation, where he is contemplating pursuing the friend, is for him to go for it. To the op, let us know what you decide. I'm interested in what you end up doing...

If you like ur GF's friends more then break-up with her... after a while get in touch with this girl that you like and tell her the truth. If you're afraid, stick with what you got and be proud!
