As you look, it does and doesn't look like she got four arms but i don't think it's one of her dancers that is behind her... I mean, why would she just have only one dancer?
And you really think that just because they're not in the picture, then they weren't there. Look at more pictures from the event and you will see she had 4 other dancers wearing the same outfit. I just think people should do more research on it before claiming the picture was photoshop.
