must live in rich neighborhood because i can imagine your neighbors would be pissed off if they saw soo many damn cars and only 3 people.
nah.. everyone in the neighborhood have a few cars, either working on it/building or just not being driven for a while. The whole street is like full of cars.
you probably don't have a front yard, it's probably all cement i still don't understand the reasoning behind 2 cars per family member... and i still don't understand why your dad just doesn't replace 3 shitty cars with one good car, thus have 2 good cars the logic just keeps on escaping me
^they believe in quantity not quality just look at all those frequent purchases!!! QUANTITY wins lol.
I don't know myself.. Everyone been telling my dad to get rid of all the crap cars and just get a new car or just a "newer" pre owned/certified from a local dealer. For sure, I won't be taking any of the crap car to college, most likely I'll take the Honda Insight with me.
why did you wax your car?(insight) you haven't even had your car for a year..... the factory paint job should still be good....unless you didn't clay it before....
I had nothing to do and didn't clay it ever before... But the wax wasn't necessary either though since I used the Meguiar's Wash & Wax soap ...
arghhh... after waxing the car.. leaving it out at night.. all frozen now -___-... Even the taillight is frozen....
Just letting you know, you should almost never wax your car without claying first. Even with the BEST wash, there is still contaminants on your paint. Waxing it just seals that bad stuff along with your paint. If your going to wash it just to clean it, use a gentle detergent. If your planning on waxing it, use a strong detergent, clay bar it and then 3 to 4 coats of wax. <<< Advice from a guy who easily spends 6 to 8 hours detailing the exterior of his car.
My car at a Cars and Coffee event. It's currently buried in snow. I also got two new sets of wheels for the MINI. Got a set of 17" BBS R90s (2 piece) for the summer. Kind of heavy... might go with something else And a set of 15" Hollies with snow tires. What brand of clay kit are you recommending? I can't decide between Meguiar's, Mother's, or Turtle Wax. All of them are $15-$20 range.
