^ @ home? im not too sure about that particularly if you live with your parents... library is free, easily accessible, warm and has chairs, so why library would be a bad idea?
my parents are cool -cool2 so my bf would be allowed to come and hang out at my place why not library...i dunno... i know the OP asked for a quiet place...butta...its a bit TOO quiet....since ur not allowed to talk there....

wahhh..mm hai arr......me and my friends were just messing about in the library..chatting and giggling like you do when you try and do some work in there...but it always end up doing nothing and we got kicked out for being too loud and not actually doing any work...-blush2
