they were stopped luckily... but i'm sure there will be far more attempts at his life..... and i bet those behind it will always be a white person... yeah im being a bit racial here but its pretty much true..
Yea, not all African Americans supports. If I were to guess, only 70-80% supports him. Some of them even say he is a traitor.
if he is going to get elected a lot of precedents are going to be set but at the same time i don't think the american public is quite ready to have the first black president...its kinda like how america wasn't quite ready for a female president and picked the lesser of 2 evils. from this president race i've come to realize that america isn't all that forward but slightly backwards
i am surprised about the attempt assassination at all ... i don't think obama's platforms really benefit the lower and middle class much if you dig through it. anyway, both republican and democrat candidates are just as BAD. i am going green .. RALPH NADER ... lol at least i know the americans' interests and well being will be protected...lol honestly, even though the poll shows that obama is winning, it's not always the case. i think americans are still rather conservative inside so the chance of mccain winning is just as high. people don't act on what they say ... no one wanna be a divider so yeah, one can say out loud, i support black but vote no on the ballot .. lol .. just reality .. sad though
white supremacists and neo nazis are just fucking dumb asses i highly doubt that they give a damn about his policies, they are so fucking possessed in their own beliefs and won't let anything else enter their heads or reason with them, they make me sick. and i only think certain black people wouldn't like this guy, i would say most of the ones that are threatening would support him just because of his skin color though. most people are just like damn he's black lets vote for the guy.
