pool u just shoot n play ur balls. snooker is played on a point system. every red ball is worth one point while the color balls is worth the number on the ball. u would first have to hit the red ball in then a number ball. pick the number ball back out n set it back to its original location. keep on doing that until all the red balls r in a pocket then the number balls from 1-8. who ever has the most point at the end wins. i like playing snooker more. can't find a lot of snooker places here. plus it brushes up on ur skills which makes u a better pool player. since the holes r smaller ur shots have to b right on point n since there r more red than number balls u would have to position the white ball to what u want to hit. pool is way too easy for me.
snooker is heaps fun!! its more challenging cos u gotta set the ball up for your next shot . .and holes are smaller >.< . . sometimes i find it hard to adjust when i play pool now cos table is smaller and yeh . ..feels weird :S . ..been playing snooker too much!
They have different rules, and the tables different, it is a complete different rule for these 2 games

different balls, different table and different que... i find snooker more of a challenge even tho i'm hopeless at it... if only i have better eye sight... -down pool is fun too it's easier to fluke it hahaha...
