its not the same as a taco/fajita though... angie's thing uses a kebob while the mexi version would use ground beef

 

yeah mexicans use minced meat right...
anyway..i like mexican food too....its so spicy...hehe

 

my taste for food is not too exotic so i don't really eat too many types of food lol... like the only korean food i had is the noodles... i gotta expand my tastes lol.

If only people know what goes into "dishes" for their beautifications (multi-syllabic words which people don't have the faintest idea how to pronounce)... Something which looks good doesn't equate something which taste good in most cases of culinary photography...
