lets see if Big Phil can get the best out of him since they worked together in the Portugese National Team ~
problem is Chelsea's played as such a well structured machine, no room for creativity... Quaresma's absolutely fantastic on the ball... the flair that he shows on the ball is as good if not better than Ronaldo... which could be his downfall as I don't see how Chelsea would play with that... Scolari no doubt has an idea... just u gotta wonder if the rest of the Chelsea team can deal with it...
the style that chelsea play are way too central... with people like ballack, lampard, deco mikel... all central midfielders! allowing ashley cole or bosingwa to bomb down the flanks which causes over crowding.. even tho Quaresma is a winger.. who are they gonna sacrifice?
Quaresma was bought to play instead of J.Cole whos injured. Chelsea has been playing with 1 striker and 2 wingers as support. then 2 central midfielders and 1 holding midfielder and a back 4 with the 2 full backs supporting the attack down the flanks.
u kinda have to wonder if Scolari just might play 4-3-3 with Cole and Quaresma on the flanks, Drogba/Anelka up top, lamps, ballack and deco in the middle... i rate joe cole a lot... i don't think he gets the attention he deserves...
Joe Cole is good, but hes out for the season. pity and i doubt Scolari will play Deco, Ballack, Lampard altogether. cos he needs a Defensive Midfielder to cover for the defence while Bosingwa and A.Cole support the attack. Chelsea's season would have been different if Essien wasnt injured. hes such a brilliant player
lol i can see 2 things happening this summer for Liverpool... Rafa sacking and fire sale of players if they don't win a single thing... of the big 4, this economic crunch is hurting Liverpool the most... they need to win if they want to keep that team...
