gooner till i die, always been a arsenal fan, i dont live in north london but live about 15min from woolwich (where they were formed). had season ticket for three seasons back in the highbury days. havent been to many games in last two years cos im at uni and not living in london. been to a few leyton orient games so you could say theyre my local team aswell, but then theres west ham/ charlton/ millwall/ crystal palace and few others. so yea - im arsenal and leyton orient - but more arsenal cos ive been to alot more games than i have orient.

How about Arsenal yesterday. Pretty slick ey. Nice to see Thierry Henry back at the Emirates too.
Arsenal need to sort out their Goalkeeper situation. Almunia is OK (if you were in the CocaCola Championship), Fabianski is crap, Mannone is like one of those dummys at the car wash that stand in one place with air in them waving their arms about in a random pattern.

fabianski is injured, mannone has pretty much stepped up performance wise - he practically won us the game against fulham, only way we sign a keeper is if he is experienced and almunia is sold, we just need denilson and nasri to come back. our attack is pretty much sorted for now

well we cant sign anyone until jan so we have to be happy with what we got, almunia has had some pretty bad games, but fabianski has been injured so you cant knock him for not being fit, and mannone has stepped up.
youre saying we need a new goalie, but who is there: akinfeev, lloris. not players i think well sign. we need a cm so song can go and be a cb, and a attacking midfielder

and i take it youre a gooner aswell? how many games you been to......or are you a plastic armchair fan?

Look, I understand where you are coming from but let's be honest they haven't had a solid keeper for years not just recently.

And to answer your question, no, I'm not an Arsenal fan. I was just tired of all these plastic ManU and Lpool fans on here and was hoping to move the conversation on to something more interesting. I think it worked:D.
So i haven't been to any Arsenal games, they're the one of the most expensive teams in the country and are always sold out whenever I'm in town ( I live up north).

yea well a home ticket can cost 35 to over 90 quid, but carling cup is 10... even against liverpool in the next round. most expensive arsenal game i been to was at the millennium stadium for £92 in fa cup final against the mancs where we won (of course).
so where up north do u live and who do you support then?

^ lol, you can beef with the manc fans on here
....i follow leyton orient aswell, been to quite a few games - not as much as i have arsenal tho
....think its quite funny that leeds, charlton and southampton are in league 1 - my housemate is a southampton fan and i lmfao at him when they got deducted points...lol

I hate bloody glory supporters. But I loved that banner at last season's merseyside derby at Anfield that read "Everton FC welcomes all Liverpool fans to Merseyside"

I also find it amusing that the third tier of English football is called "league 1"

lol at the banner, but speaking of liverpool fans, remember last season when they played newcastle and shearer was manager and the scousers were sing 'you should of stayed on the tele', and then this pre-season newcastle first team lost to orient 5-1, made my day, aboslutely ripped the shit out of my mate. dont know which one was more amusing tho... newcastle getting relegated or their first team losing to the mighty orient. lmao...funny times.

the league 1 etc change was weird to start with, but used to it now, didnt mind the division 1, div. 2 etc - that was back in the day - old school.

Great news. Chelsea and Liverpool both lost yesterday. Man U and Arsenal won their games. Liverpool can forget about winning the league this season (lost 4 games before November!!!!!!!).

Man U top of the league again.
