Rapidshare/Megaupload ..how to skip those limited?

hi everyone! i hv tried to download fr megaupload countless times, but it always says all slots are taken, and advise to download thier toolbar. i did. but i keep getting a message fr IE saying that my setting " prohibits running Active X". i have tried to change the security setting to the lowest, but still same message pops-up. happens on certain other websites i tried to visit too.

im not tech-savvy. so, any kind souls out there willing to help me?

 

May be u should get a download manager like "Flashget" or "Rapidget", cause if u are going to download a file fm rapidshare or megaupload, u can just drap that into it to avoid the problems u have now.-what?

the speed for me is ok but not as fast as any of u say ...

 

Rapid Share and also Megaupload also so so only la.. mega upload worst.. always tell me there are no ports in my country GRRR!!!

i'm not sure y.. but everythime i reconnect my internet, i can redownload from Rapidshare, so i dont have to wait -sweat
