Depending on how many kids a person has... being a home maker could be a full time job. I sincerely doubt that's what the OP's girlfriend was implying though.
Yea I fully agree. In OP's case, though we haven't heard her side of the story, I would probably have a talk with her before taking more drastic action..
even if i only had 2 kids.... id still wanna look after em... especially the first few years... i trust no one with my kids besides my mum or other close relatives... if, in the future, it would be possible (financially) id definitely wanna work like 2 or 3 days a week only and ask my mum to look after my kids... they are allowed to go to a playgroup for like twice a week so they can play with other kids.... cuz i do feel that's important i wouldnt want to have a 9-5 n have to leave my kids with strangers all the time... it's got nothing to do with being lazy tho i know im kinda old school.... with the number of pedos out there...... u can never be too careful!
how did you guys come to the topic? is she in a transition stage between jobs or looking to study or something? Did you mention she spends a lot aswel? She needs to be earning something... unles you're super rich and can afford to support her. As a girl I'd never relinquish all the earning power in a relationship...
