So what's new here? Did you get even yet?? I think the idea of pouring the paint remover on the car sounds good, clean, and easy enough .. lol You just gotta find a chance to do so .. I am sure your neighbor park his/her car outside every now and then.

I NEED HELP! My next door neighbour won't bloody stop stomping around and it's like 2 in the morning! I mean my ex-neighbour was not a problem and very quite and I am lenient I don't mind so much during the day but at this time of night it's bloody annoying! Anything I could do? It's like our landlord is away for a week?
Well we are living in an estate thing. Downstairs are shops and upstairs are flats. 4 flats but my landlord owns 2 flats and the takeaway shop downstairs. But I don't hear anything from the other neighbour, and most of the time I only hear noises is when the shop opens and the kitchen appliances are on downstairs But this guy next door won't stop stomping around, he's pretty dumb too
