The ending was soo lame, despite of me not expecting Jessica to die. But then it just ends like that: 1. So Ruco's mom will know the truth about him but will not see him again ever. 2. What happens to Fu Lan Leoung? Did he live? 3. A Ting was never convicted for any her crimes?
good points, i actually forgot about fu lung leung completely xD guess the script writer forgot about him as well... other stupid things: - pig head (ron ng) is seriously a pig head, best name ever, but he should not be part of AY TEE EFFU (his pronunciation) or any job that has access to guns, he keeps screwing up being a hothead and now he actually managed to let jessica (aimee chan) kill herself because he kicked the gun towards her, wow, good job. "i'm sorry bro", he tells car god (carson, ruco chan) ye you better be, pig head. he keeps mistaking his brother for being a real criminal (two times), i wonder how well he knows his brother to believe that? if someone suddenly tells me my brother is a criminal, it's going to take some very good evidence before i will believe that. - wtf was aimee doing with the bomb at the end? did i miss something? she wanted to leave with ruco, but yet she has to drag that bomb with her? - bizarre death of aimee's father, LOL, not sure if this one was more bizarre or the other one where the girl died by falling on some glass.
The ending is rather lame not because Jessica died but the events leading to her death. No respectful and professional law enforcement officer would shoot someone in the back in the pretext of apprehension. This is especially when Jessica is his gf. There are options for Rocu to apprehend her without resorting to pulling out a gun. ATF members are supposedly a disciplined and professional unit trained to take down terrorist. Jessica did not pose any immediate danger to Rocu other than wanting to leave. Pulling out a gun is just so lame and bad script to try to end the story.
Even if Jessica ran away or anything, he can simply shoot her in her leg or something. Again this was another FAIL ending from TVB which irritates me more and more because this drama was actually going well but to end it like this??!! Is like they've never seen any american dramas or even korean ones.
