Scary movies isn't scary anymore to me, its more on the thrilling side then scary. I used to be afraid of chucky, but now I know he's just a doll XD

hmm.. I dun watch scary movies now.. but I remember some that really left an impression:

The Shining (1980) -> "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."
    Paperhouse (1988)

You've just GOT to love The Shining... So good, I've seen it like a million times :p The kid riding the bike around and meet the twin girls? Creepy beyond any belief.

Not really, that's one of the reason why most of us continue on watching horror film...

Because it is not scary or we are not scared properly... =_=b

Numerous pages filled with "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy"... Plus an axe... equals the most psychotic murderer.

Love the REDRUM side line too. I guess I liked other tiny things in the film besides the brilliant Jack Nicolson, such as the actress who played Wendy (who look like she will have a nervous break-down any moment throughout the film, I am surprised that she lasted THAT long and required killing) and the bicycle scene (which is somewhat a ripoff from The Omen)

    From my childhood:
    - Aliens (the first film is the scariest one)
    - The thing

    Newer film:
    - Ring (the Japanese version. Goosebumps!)
