^Hmm...I suppose she spends so much time reading those books, she has yet to discover the beauty of the internet.
lol i still got a couple of old schoolbooks but i cant sell them bc its too specialised. and the new batch of students use diff material nowadays...
most novels are hard to sell, cepally because it's only 10-25 bucks from the actual store, selling it would be like 5 bucks + shipping, so yeah, that's kind of pointless T.T
$1000 = 40 books She could better waste her money on me then >.< zomg, damm schoolbooks 18 books = 714 euro = $ 1057.43 <_<
i kinda prefer to buy my own books, lol, dno why, just like to keep them, its my own.... I kinda got a large manga collection......and a couple of novels, lol I would rather own my own ones than borrow and givw back, at least I know where its been and how clean it is lol
hahaha that was stupid yeah....i think ive spent a few hundred EU on (non ed) books too last year but yeah 1k is quite a lot well maybe his/her sis just like to collect books... nothing wrong with it.... to me its like ppl who purchase heaps and heaps of DVDs or vid games.... once their done watchin/playin they hardly play it again... so dont see a prob with spending money on books yep me too... i like keeping em after ive read it... i can borrow books at library but i like to put all of em in the book shelves
Hmm thats too much to spend on books But i'd rather buy books than borrowing them from the library -what?
When i was little i use to spend over $200 on books but, i read ALL of them. But then i was brought to place where i could borrow books for free.=] Now i just borrow history and, cooking books( but i never to cooked it since, they had too much foods i don't know lol.).And my dad was gave me a bunch of books he got and, they were from the 1960's lol.
LOL i thought that was pretty darn cute! Bless them! $1000 a year? Jesus...i smell a 'book worm' hehe.
Whoa!! How thick are her glasses? If she wants actual copies of books, check out Goodwill or any trift stores. Lotsa new novels can be found there for a fraction of the cost. I used to buy my college text books, take them to a photo copy shop to print and bind for $30 a pop and return to get my refund. The cashier would give me the evil eye for all the sudden returns. Text books are exorbitantly priced.
na, it's not surprising. I like girls who reads other than just keep going out and coming back at 1 every night/day. some pplz jsut wanna collects stuff. As for me, i collects reading materials too. i think i spend almost $300 on it. But dam, i think this person is from another planet.
Imagine me spending that amount of money on foreign pictorials and magazines... It's annoying how expensive European magazines are here... i-D, Jalouse, Officiel etc etc >.< I would have continued with that spending pattern if I can afford to...
