This is a tricky question and hard to explain here. But I think that China is the last country anyone has to apologize to. Yes, Japan MUST apologize to the people and victums, but NOT to China. China's accusing Japan for this and for that. Does anyone remeber what "China" done to Tibet? Vietnam? And all those other ex-countries, cities and villages just because they wanted to join together and get their fellowship!!! One more thing is that if there wasn't so much bribes in that country this would not have happend. I'm not saying that Japan is innocent. But neither is China! They never admit and apologise. So why should Japan???
And one more thing (again). China's always picking Japan for everything. But when it comes to businesses then everything's OK and fine. They are just using the war as a hold-fast for Japan meanwhile the chinese goverment's brainwashing the people to stuck with the past! If China haven't moved on from the past yet, why do they even letting japanese culture flow in China? It's not like they don't have the power to stop anything! People, please wake up from the past!!! Move on!

And China also waylayed invade Vietnam instead of kicking the Khmer Rouge. You better be more detailed about that. If your intention was: Chineses need to keep to China then it's not worth to talk about it anymore. I am from Hong Kong!
