    No I think he is stupid, although it might not have been human error, but ever think about maybe not hitting a rail, but someone coming towards you? There were a lot of people on that road. That was just really stupid, He needs to hit the drift tracks. Seriously 35 dollars for a whole afternoon. and it is around Bay area, which is a really populated area without too many tracks that actually let you rent. Well he was stupid enough to do it on a public road, so I think thats human error enough.

    Drifting is cool, but not when your doing it on a public road no matter how much experience. Even WRC Rally racers drive well when they are not racing. Why? Because they know that when a car hits anything at a speed that sends them drifting, it is gonna hurt.

    He didn't approach the turn at the right angle. It was probably sharper than he thought.

    haha .. his sticker says "don't drink and drift" .. by the looks of it i didn't see any drifting going on anyways
