goddamn now the s. korean gov't is prob. going pay a lot as in millions of dollars to the kidnappers which in turn perpetuates the violence since they will use the money to buy weapons and then kidnap more evangelists.-dead
I dont think you can ban, you could only advise against but in a country like Iraq, where they NEED aid workers to start the redevelopment and rebuilding, its too hard to say no one is allowed into the country except military the S. Koreans should have been better protected to start with, military escorts, etc
