Umm, its actually because of the gases that are release when the body is dead.. This happens to the human body too, thats why many times when you see some sort of "csi/law n order" type show and some random person is examining a body that has been dead for a couple of days, the dead body is bloated in appearance.. anyway, the gases come from the decaying cells inside the body and the gases also come from the bacteria feeding on the dead cells, and what happens is that the skin acts like a shield, preventing the gases to be freed so the gases build up more and more inside the body until...the body busts. there's more detail to it, but uhh its really..disgusting.>.<
Whoah~seems like a slaughter there, i can just imgaine people slaughting each other after looking at those pix, especially when they are that big! haha
