I don't think it's bad, especially if your not tired yet. The worst thing is trying to sleep when your not tired yet. Supposedly you can develop insomnia if you make a habit of that. If you can't sleep within 30 minutes you should get up and do something until your tired, or so I heard.
lately i dont have to get up early so i go to bed ranging from 3 am till 8 am. that really messes up your biorihythm. yesterday i had to work so i went to bed at 1 am but coulndt sleep. i ended up sleeping 1 hour till 7,45 and off to work haha.
I sleep whenever I feel like it. I can go to school no matter what time I sleep. I'll just come home and sleep ;]
I have to get up at like 7:45am so I usually go to sleep around 11:30pm-12:30am. If I'm really tired, I'll go to bed at like 10-10:30pm.
well sleeping early is meant to be better for you if you wake up really early, but when i go school i still go to bed at like 12am, but always feel tired :(
As long as I'm asleep by or before 3AM I can wake up at 6 later than that i won't wake up till like 11-1
if u are not used to sleeping late and suddenly u sleep late obviously it will be bad for u as ur body cant adjust to the extra few hours it needs to work. However once you got used to it, as long as you get the normal 7 to 8 hours sleep, its fine. Our body is a biological clock, it takes time to adjust to your sleeping habit. Its like when u go to another country with another time zone, u wont get used to it at first but once you have gotten used to the time shift. it would be fine. For example, if u sleep at 5am. just make sure u wake up not earlier than 1 and u should be fine health wise. I go to bed at 5am almost everynite and i dun feel anything adverse to me health. Just my 2cents.
i sleep at 12 on school nights, yell at the alarm clock at 7:40. but on weekends, if i sleep earlier than usual, i can sleep for 13 hrs. if i sleep later, i wake up earlier. it's so weird.
During holidays, my nights are days and days are nights. LOL. Usually go to bed around 3 to 4 am. Now it's even getting later :S But during school...12-1am and during exams period = 1-3 hrs of sleep
danns gotta get enuff sleep otherwise his clients arent gonna be happy with his performance.. hahhahah.. of course staying up is bad.. it messes up your biological clock..
