    Same here, I'm about a buck 40-50 and I stick to around 135-45 and stay toned.

    Max reps are 2 maybe 3 reps.. If you're doing 4-6 then you're not maxing and you need to put about 10-20 pounds more on there.

    not quite, since my max reps is at 4-6 and normal is from 15-25. anyways..maxing out is useless. doing even 2-3 reps won't help out as much as even 10 reps of a lighter weight x3 sets

    5'9" 170 lbs

    At my peak, 210 lbs, 4-5 reps back in college.

    Now, 100 lbs. Can do more, but I choose the toned swimmer look than meathead look these days.
