Capcom is as usual just milking it. It doesn't look like there is enough added to make it a new retail release. It should be dlc at dlc price and not full retail price.
There's going to be over 30 characters, wit hthe previous 24 getting tweaked and receiving new moves and new stages. It's more than a DLC pack. Plus it's only going to retail for $40. Get a job if you think $40 is a lot for a game with such huge replay value.

all they need to do is do an online SF compilation or anthology like ps2, make it online and bam capcom will be rich
